A: Yes. The ForkBB Network SaaS model is currently under Alpha development and is free to use. Paid versions with more features may be added in the future to cover hosting costs, but a free version will always be available. Moreover, the ForkBB Network code is licensed under the same MIT License as the ForkBB forum engine which allows you to create your own ForkBB hosting site.
Q: If I create a forum here, can I later host it on my own server under my own domain?
A: Yes. Your forum is a complete install using an SQLite database which can be zipped into one file.
